An Action Plan For Teleseminars

Q:  I am trying to put together an action plan for our teleseminar, so that we are not just jumping from here to there all the time.  We have setup an actual plan over the next six months.  Here is what we are going to be doing.  Here is where we are going to do it.  Here is how we are going to do it.

So my question has to do with putting that kind of a plan together.  How often do we run the same teleseminar over and over again as a preview call or a prospecting call?  You know, like Jack Hanfield has a monthly call and you know that when you get the mailings that if you cannot make it this month, you know that on a Tuesday in the next month that you will get something and you can sign up then.  So part A, my question is how often do you hold a free teleseminar on a particular topic?

Upselling Your Teleseminar

Q:  As a followup to a teleseminar I did recently I want to give them the ability to listen to a replay on a timeframe. That is one, and two, we had an up sell which was the download of the mp3. On those landing pages when we put them up, I was going to put up some sales copy to refer them to the package. When they listen to the replay, they have got some sales copy language in there also or when they go to download it reminds them of the package. Do you recommend that or do you think that there is a better way to do that?
