Controlling a Question and Answer Period on a Teleseminar
Q: During a teleseminar if I wanted to have a question and answer period at the end of the phone call, how does that work? Would I have to control unmuting the callers, or do they have that ability?
It depends on your bridge line. If you are using Instant Teleseminar, they can submit question in text format but they cannot submit them like we are doing right here. So they can still submit questions through text on the web and you will be able to see those coming in your Instant Teleseminar account and you can answer them as they come in and you could say things like, “We just got an email here from Chris and Chris’ question is bla bla bla,” and then you just roll right into your answer. But as far as the interaction that we have currently right now on this call, that is not available with Instant Teleseminar.
