Q:  I am learning Dreamweaver and I am putting together my pages but if you have advice on who I could call to pay for help with that, that would be great. Well a couple of options for you.  If you are looking to put up some basic site, then I would look into Marketing Makeover Generator because that is the solution that will help you put up the basic site fairly easily if you are going to do it yourself. If you want to hire somebody then I would look into sites like eLance, Rentacoder, Scriptlance or Guru.com.
Basically what you want to do is you are put up a real simple opt-in page and you are going to get the code for the opt-in form from 1ShoppingCartOnline.com. When people come to that page and they put in their name and email it will take that information and put it in your 1ShoppingCartOnline.com account.  So they will be subscribed to an autoresponder.  And then that will allow you to send messages to them on autopilot and it will also allow you to do broadcast mailings to them.
