Definitely you want to put a date. Let them know that a replay will be available afterwards and when they register they will be able to get the mp3 download. Sometimes people structure it differently where they require people to pay for the mp3 download or what have you and then in that case if somebody cannot make the live call so they still have the opportunity to purchase the mp3 download, so it kind of depends on how you want to structure it but my recommendation for you is definitely provide a date and time so that people know when to dial in.
