Q: I have been using No-Cost Conferencing and recording my teleseminars but I can’t seem to open the recorded files. Do you have any idea what I need to have for that?

I try to stay away from the No-Cost Conferencing, but what I would do is check to see what file format it is in and see if you can download it to your computer because if you have it on your computer then there are many different file conversion free software applications out there that could help you convert it to something where you could hear it.

My favorite file conversion software for audio is called dBpoweramp, and if you do a search on Google, you should be able to find it for free. There is a free download.
